Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Arleo Dordar ("we", "us").

1. Information you give us

We collect information only when you choose to submit a form:

• Mentorship application: name, email, phone (optional), company or website, package, business stage, annual revenue range, years in business and your message.
• Speaking and appearance requests: name, email, phone (optional), organization, event name, date, format, location, audience size, topic, budget range and your message.
• Online courses waitlist: name, email and the topic you are most interested in.
• Email: anything you send us directly.

2. How forms are processed

Form submissions are received and stored in our customer relationship management and email platform, HubSpot (hubspot.com), a third-party service provider. HubSpot receives the information you enter so that we can respond to you. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in a form.

3. Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, time on page, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.

4. How we use information

• To review mentorship applications, including pre-qualification, and to reply to you.
• To respond to speaking and booking requests.
• To email you when online courses launch, if you joined the waitlist.
• To understand and improve the site, and to keep it secure.

5. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site (HubSpot, Google Analytics and our hosting provider), with our affiliated companies when needed to respond to your request, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies and analytics choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The site works without analytics cookies.

7. Retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete them. Waitlist entries are kept until courses launch or until you ask to be removed.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email arleo@ventureplans.us.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or email transmission is completely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
